Erin was invited to a Fancy Nancy birthday party and when it was over she came to my house with all of her dress-ups and Erin helped Ali get all fancy!
They had so much fun putting clips in their hair!

Vacation
So, I know it's been ages since I have posted any thing new on my blog so if anyone is still bothering to check SURPRISE!
My Mom and I went to Virginia to visit Callie and Richard. I really had a great time! The morning after we arrived we drove to Washington D.C. to see all the sites. Richard has been twice before, but it was a first for the rest of us. After checking into our hotel we walked to "the mall" to see all the sites and take pictures. We did that all day! I don't think I could have taken another step by the time we finally got back to our hotel.

Brody at the Hospital

A couple weeks ago our sweet little Brody got so sick we had to take him to the hospital for IV Therapy. He was being so cute when we first arrived in pediatrics, he loved his room and his tiny hospital gown.
Needless to say the excitement was gone the minute they tried to poke his arm, the poor little guy :( it took 4 tries to get the IV running. He was so dehydrated his tiny veins kept collapsing. The whole time they were trying to get the IV in he was screaming "MOMMY HOLD YOU" over and over it was truly heart breaking. After they Finally got the IV in they moved him to a different room and got him some toys to play with.
He was being really careful with his IV at first, holding his arm over the chair so it didn't pull on the cord, at least until he got tired. They gave him a popsicle to see if he could start holding any fluids down and he loved it! After that he was so tired he could barely hold his eyes open, but Brody loves his crib and that hospital bed was not cutting it. He started trying to tear the IV out
of his arm, luckily we had some great nurses and they had that thing STUCK good!
After trying to find a comfy position to sleep in for about and hour he finally crashed. After they got a bag of fluid in him and a little bit to drink he was doing so good they let us go home! I was
so grateful we didn't have to stay the night. Hopefully we won't have to do that again EVER!!!

Spring Break
I am currently without computer so no pictures for now :(
We went St. George for Spring Break. It was a lot of fun. We spent time with a lot of our extended family and got a way from the craziness that is our life. It was good to get out of the house for a while. We went to sports village and there we were able to go swimming and eat out! The kids played with there cousins and had a blast.
We took the kids to Siesta Fun where they were able to ride in go carts, Ali Drove! She couldn't reach the peddles and steer so she had a guy riding on the back of her car, but she loved it.
We went to the Pizza Factory for dinner one night. The kids Loved it. They both really Like pizza. Ali also Loved the Breadsticks, she ate hers right off the stick.
We were able to swim a lot and the kids loved playing in the water. Brody has a little farmer's tan from his rash guard. He tans very easily. He also rode in the swimming boat. He would get made when we would touch it. he wanted to do it all by himself. He thinks he's bigger than he is.
He shared a room with Jill, Jeff and Sadie so Ali got to have a sleep over with Sadie every night, then when Erin came she joined. Ali loved that!
We also watched movies. The girls all love Enchanted. Ali loves it, I would even say she is obsessed.
It was a lot of fun and I look forward to more vacation time this summer.
